Negatives: Cashier barely spoke English, the ac cover fell off when we turned it on, sketchy neighborhood.

Negatives: I didn't like, the tvs didn't work all but 1 out of 3 worked. Also I didn't like how UNPROFESSIONAL THE MANAGER IS. Nor how we we're treated when coming to her to respectfully extend our stay and make the payment. When we seen the payment was already authorized on our account and deducted. They swore up and down they never received anything from our card on they're end and didn't ever charge our card on file! However the Bank statement clearly said SUBURBAN STUDIOS HOTEL! Charged us for 160.87. for one night !!!!!!! The bank confirmed the charge was made gave the time and date and everything. However the manager wouldn't hear it. And then instead of working with us to either get the payment back or cancel it. She "Cynthia" told my husband and I we had 20 mins to pack up and "GTFO" very very unprofessional and fraudulent. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you don't want to deal with the fraud Bs they get away with. 50$ deposit. That we've been scammed for on multiple occasions. We're told we'd get it back. I always leave me room in better condition then when I entered t.however because the toilet flooded one night. Just out of the blue started overflowing and spilling out into the bathroom floors nearly flooded the room and woke us up out of a dead sleep! They kept our deposit. This place is corrupt. They've deactivated the tap to pay so that EVERY card has to be swiped or placed into the chip reader. That's a little shady if you ask me. Especially when you're getting random charges to your card for over 100 multiple times. And when. Confronted. They kick you out and threaten you with security.

Negatives: I had to change my room 3 times. Due to the carpet being damp my feet started to burn, another room smelled like urine once I opened the door. My final room had a closet door missing, window screen torn, bedding had cigarette burns in the sheets the comforter was dirty & two lamps that didn’t work.

Negatives: My door was jammed and really hard to open. The entire building smells like marijuana and cigarette smoke. The halls were dirty. There was no ice machine or anywhere to get water besides the gym that is not open at night.

Negatives: Had a bad smell in the hotel really bad in room was told no clean towels until the next day bad customer service

Negatives: The facility would be so much nicer if it were just updated and the little blemishes repaired. Some paint would go a long way in this place.

Negatives: Tv never worked, asked to get it fixed 5 times , smoke alarm went off at midnight and 5 am the second night , phone did not work , no communication from staff when it was clear to go back to room

Negatives: People hanging out doing drugs. One was waiving a weapon around. The person at the hotel Had to slide a little window plate to see if i was safe. They seemed scared to let anyone in

Negatives: Dirty and smell disaster

Negatives: The population both in the hotel and the outside neighborhood was very bad. I felt like I was at a drug rehab center.. The place was full of messed up people. They must be giving vouchers to the homeless, drug attics or something similar.. The area does not feel safe. To many people with to many problems. I would never go there again.

Negatives: All the rooms are non smoking yet the hotel reeks of cigarette smoke because people are allowed to smoke by the entrance
