I recently stayed at Hilton through Booking and unfortunately encountered an issue where I was charged twice – once through Booking and again by Hilton directly. Despite reaching out for assistance, I have yet to receive any reimbursement for the duplicate charge. I would appreciate a prompt resolution and reimbursement of the extra payment.

comfortable room, nice and cool during the warm temps! also had parking options available, with close food around as well too.

we were able to walk around quite a bit to things, but it did feel a little unsafe in certain spots as two females walking.

Positives:
Location was AWESOME. Staff were extremely helpful, kind, and patient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had complimentary coffee (always a plus). Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Checking in and out was simple. I also loved that when I spaced leaving a tip in my room for the cleaning staff, the QR code for tipping at my breakfast table allowed me to tip for my room specifically.
Negatives:
If I really, really had to choose something I didn’t like, it was that there weren’t itemized prices on the products of the 24-hour market. Price ranges were provided, but there wasn’t a way to tell how much each individual product cost without asking the concierge/hogging the self-checkout to look up each item. This is the tiniest inconvenience, but it was the only one I had, so y’all are doing amazing lol.

The location is convenient. It is a couple of blocks from the downtown convention center and the Union Station. The downtown is well connected by bus and train. The lobby area is nicely down - it is chic and a nice place to sit and hangout.
Negatives:
Very visible signs of cost-cutting. The rooms are very small. I could barely walk to the window as there was very little gap between the bed and table next to the wall. There is no kettle in the room. The hotel does have tea/coffee in the reception area, but on two nights I found that the hot water had run out and tea bags were almost over. The reply from the hotel on email is very slow. I had asked a question before I flew to Denver, and got the reply 8 days later after my trip was over.

Convenient hotet, but with small...
Positives:
The location of the property to ball arena, the valet parking was nice. The hotel shop was amazing, as well as the room quality.
Negatives:
The security was absolutely horrible, we had a man scan and walk into our room well he was nude at 4am and stared at us. He then left I locked the door with the doorstop (which I didn’t think I needed because I thought the door scanners were secure. He then tried to re-enter the room and we proceeded to try to call the front desk for 30 min and no one answered. We then had to go to the lobby just to report the man, who was still standing in the hallway nude and claiming to be locked out. We then tried to get new keys, and the front desk gave us keys that didn’t work and had to go back to the lobby to get another set of new keys.
