Convenient location. Friendly staff. Accommodating. The couch in the room was very comfortable. Mountain View was great! Found out after visiting the 5th floor, there was a self-serve laundry service that I wasn't aware of. On the paper given v at desk upon check-in in, that was not listed, nor were the hours for the Placery. Didn't know how to connect to WiFi, asked and was told to just connect. Knowing beforehand would've been nice.
Negatives:
Breakfast was cold and hard at times, mediocre to say the least. No flavor. Yogurt with the fixings were great.
Coffee, drinks, we're excellent.
Exhaust fans in the shower needed. More drawer space, maybe. Thin walls, but overall, a good hotel experience. Would stay again. Overall, for what you'd be doing all week, skiing, etc great place. Maybe a small microwave would be a great touch.
