The location of this hotel is probably it's best feature. The staff was super helpful and understanding! I carefully read the reviews before booking and decided it would still be ok for us, and honestly I have no idea what the bad reviews were about.

Not a single thing comes to mind. It was very clean and well maintained. They even vacuumed the long hall way every day which is something I have never seen before in any hotel. ALl the bath fixtures worked great with no leaks and great water pressure.

No TV for the entire stay. Forgot to pay the cable bill? Seems like this is an ongoing issue with this location.

The in house phone didn't work. There was no remote control for the TV. Once I got a remote, there was no signal.

Location. Hotel is clean but the prices in winter are double what they normally charge i know most of them do the same but not right.i Asked for diffrent room was not given one until late next day. First night did not get much sleep becouse of Ac unit.

After check in i asked for a different room becouse of smell and ac/ heatimg unit being very load. Everything is booked but not everyone check in yet.. i asked person to make note when room becomes awailable to switch.
