I loved the location, breakfast was good. The room was amazing!
Negatives:
When we got there about 6-6:30ish. The lady at the front desk was super Niice has a good vibe to her. Overall great, she let us pay cash so that I didn't have to run around and find somewhere to add money to a card and held off the incident fee which was cool! But then the next morning before we headed out the morning staff asked for a picture of my ID bc there was something wrong with my booking, long story short, the night lady at the time of my check in never put in the system that we arrived and told her higher ups that she didn't take any cash from anyone the day before and ect so with my front desk experiences and working at hotels, my guess is she pocketed the money! And put in the system that we never showed up. So now there's a problem with trusting the front desk representative. But of course since it's my word against her word.

Staff is supper nice
But our room and bathroom was not cleaned everyday
They changed our towels and sheets
But didn’t wipe down surfaces or vacuum regularly which was disappointing
Not fun to come back to hotel with crumbs or hair on the floor
Other then that stay was amazing, breakfast was good to! And all other areas were kept very clean and nice

My room, the area the hotel is in, the breakfast, the atmosphere at the hotel and the staff.

The elevator broke down after my check in and was not back in service till the next day.
