Negatives: The breakfast everyday has pork & bacon that I cant eat for religious purpose, there are no alternatives. The elevator had a problem that sometimes out of order which is bad. One housekeeping lady was very rude with me (in the 3rd floor) I complained on her 3 times but no response.

Negatives: Has an interesting smell

Negatives: Unsafe area (syringe was used to Keep Access Open to the Hotel, my daughter was very scared) conditioner and shampoo empty in our suite

Negatives: You had to go to the front desk to ask for house keeping and not smoker friendly

Negatives: Bed in room 107 was very strange and not comfortable at all. The bed frame is weird and the side dropped considerably when sitting down on it. Husband did not get good sleep all four nights. This is job one! Carpet felt weird like it needed deep cleaning. Dishwasher front panel was falling off. Shower tile surround was missing, instead there was partial caulking along the edges of the tiles, looks awful. The wall between the shower and the door had a strange, lumpy drywall area about 4 inches above where the wall met the floor.

Negatives: cold showers! cleaning staff was extremely pushy to get us out the door before check-out time

Negatives: Hotel has not been maintained to the standards of a Hyatt…elevator made creaking sounds as is it were to break down at any point. Beds and couches were clean though worn/saggy. Water temperature was not controlled. We had no cold water and later in the evenings the warm water from the sinks/shower became more difficult to adjust. We did not complain as we at least had water…overheard another guest having to be relocated secondary to no water access.

Negatives: The hotel rooms were not what I expected. Size wise it worked well for our family (king room suit with two bedrooms and two baths - one room had a king and the other had 2 fulls), but it was run down, dirty and not at all what I felt were depicted in the photos. The beds were uncomfortable, couch was incredibly worn and frayed, the carpets were dirty and heavily worn, teeth marks were found on the windowsills (not sure from kids or animals), and the toilet seat was missing a screw to keep it from moving while you were on it. it just appeared a bit beat up and was disappointing to say the least. The hotel rooms desperately needs some updates and repairs. Also, the cost of parking was a bit of a surprise given the surrounding area.

Negatives: Shower never got hot we tried at 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Yes it was warm but not warm enough. Pillows are terrible, bed was hard. Dirty corners in the bathrooms.

Negatives: The water temp in the shower could have been hotter
