A nice budget hotel with comfortable beds, plenty of tv channels, a good breakfast with waffles and cereals. A good location out in the suburbs not around any homeless or crazies. A short walk to Dry Creek light rail station and close to Target and other restaurants. Needs more USB charging ports.

I like leaving the property, I liked not paying a deposit, I mean one time they gave me a room with a broken bed, then sent me to another property, that property didn't have breakfast, charged me a deposit and was sketchy af
Negatives:
Most everything. They used to have chocolate chips to put in the waffles which they water down

Stay Marriot hotels nearby, not here, they charge a $20 deposit, but so much nicer
Positives:
Was adequate for the stay. Beds were good. Amenities in room good.
Negatives:
Room in very poor repair. Holes and blatant patches all over the room. Carpets stained and loaded with globs of goo that had been there for who knows how long. Plumbing (toilet) constantly plugging. Building in sad shape. Wondered if we were going to get trapped in elevator each time used.
