Overall it is a nice hotel. Great staff. The location is what really made me choose this hotel. I did want a top-floor room, to have the view in the featured picture, but it cost more than I was willing to pay. I do regret that now. For the price, you might as well splurge and get the room you want.
Negatives:
For the price, I expected a little more. As I stated in the likes, if and when we come back, I'll splurge to get a room with a view. Other than that, the hotel was nice and the service was great.

Staff was rude, and I was charged once by Klarna and then an older gentleman, charged me for the entire room again. Husband is an ambassador, but thought I'd book it. Was very embarrassed and said they couldn't do anything it's the weekend

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Location was good. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Negatives:
North and east entrances to the hotel were dirty. Glass doors looked they had not been cleaned in a while. Trash peppered throughout the hotel grounds. Welcome matts and entry carpeting dirty and unkept. Room toilet seat loose and off center. Bathtub plug missing so a bath was out of the question.

Breakfast provides a great variety, the location is fantastic, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. I really love the scenery. There are so many nice things to see, and the pool was also clean.
Negatives:
During the initial day of our stay, we encountered a bed bug in our room. Promptly, the hotel staff relocated us to a different room and provided complimentary breakfast for the remainder of our stay. Subsequently, in the alternative accommodation, we experienced a malfunctioning window curtain which required a day to rectify. On the third day, we requested face towels, and were informed by one staff member that they were unavailable, only to later discover from another staff member that they were indeed in stock. That evening, a customer engaged in a tempestuous altercation with the lobby staff, causing my family and I to feel considerably unsafe due to the usage of inappropriate language. Regrettably, no compensation was offered in response to these issues.

I had booked a room with 2 beds. When I arrived, I was told there weren't any available. I had to then book another room to have the 2nd bed, and then the second room was only booked for one night instead of 2. There wasn't any refrigerator in the room, and the soap/lotion I feel could be more neutral because it's specific to men.
