All of the staff was very friendly except 1 lady who was very short and seemed stressed and not happy. She was the lady that checked me I'm both times. I hope she's feeling better. Her shortness made me feel not welcome. Plus someone was smoking pot in the parking lot and made the whole place smell of pot. Literally nauseating. When I came in choking she said well at least she's smoking it in the parking lot??? 218 light was flickering in the shower.

There was not hot water in the shower and it was only a drizzle. when I called the front desk he said there is nothing he can do. my husband went down to talk to him and found him asleep at the front desk. the pillows were the size of small cushions and very uncomfortable. If a TV is important to you, this is not the place for you. The screen is the size of a computer screen.

Comfortable beds and pillow. Had refrigerator and microwave. Front desk person was friendly and kind. Good water pressure.
Negatives:
Motel feel to it; as if it was an old motel they try to convert into a hotel. Old building walls and hallway carpets need updating. Small bathroom area and tight space between toilet and shower. Our shower had a huge gap between the door and wall, so water was everywhere after using it. Thin doors and walls we could hear everything and people talking in the halls and next room.
Side note: after checking in and getting ready to park and beinf out luggage in we saw a car pull in. The people in it got out to smoke and look around the parking lot then drove off after. Made it feel sketchy, although nothing happened we were a bit concerned.
