The bathroom was clean and the shower was new and clean.
Negatives:
The carpet wasnn't clean and the floor had rough spots in it. The bedspread was not clean.

Location was good as far as being right on 8th Avenue which gives very easy access to town. It didn't give the feeling of being in the best neighborhood but no problems. Staff was superb, Room was very clean and had a fridge and microwave.
Negatives:
The only light in the room was outside the bathroom and the only switch for it was by the entrance door. No light or switch by the bed. It was noisy in the courtyard but got pretty quiet by 10 PM.
