No positive feedback on this property however we did receive exceptional customer service from booking.com who ensured we were compensated for the horrific experience we had at this property.
Negatives:
Horrifying experience at this property. On check in we attended our room which was a smoking room. The smell was vile/overwhelming and overall the property was run down and did not appear like the advertised pictures. We were not comfortable to stay in this room. We sought assistance from the receptionist who was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and became threatening towards us. She threatened to call the police on us and state that we were trespassing on the property, which was not true. She was shouting at us and when I pointed this out she admitted “that’s because I’m getting frustrated with you because you don’t like the property”. We asked to speak to a manager repeatedly however she refused to call him. She also refused to identify herself. I pointed out to her that this was my worst ever experience of customer service to which she smirked and shrugged her shoulders. It’s hard to put into words how poor this experience was, I am a regular user of booking.com and so have never experienced anything like this before.

I have stated this hotel for over 20 years. I was told by the front desk after complaining about the pet fee just to tell them at check-in that I didn?t have a dog. This trip I was called after checkout and told that I was being charged $25. Customer lost
