Friendly environment. Overall quiet.

Walls in bathroom had not been wiped down. Possible bloodstains and possible and definite dirt smears by shower and toilet. The office was closed on Sunday and early Monday morning. I had to leave early, so left my keys in the room and couldn't get a receipt for my payment.

I liked the location and how patient the desk clerk was...

Upon checking in, I was excited to see that the hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We got into our room and it smelled like someone had been smoking every minute of every day for the last ten years. Microwave looked like it had never been cleaned. I was going to request a different room.... but then when I went into the bathroom before making that request, I saw the most disgusting ceiling. Mold and constant leaks; I didnt want to even bother with trying another room. My husband and I booked another hotel within minutes and never looked back

Negatives:
1) Price includes Breakfast, but breakfast not provided.
2) Price includes provision of crockery, cutlery etc. - not provided except for additional charge
3) No clothes hangers provided, I had to request
4) Only one small bar of soap, no body wash, shampoo - only obtained on request
5) Complained to manager about all the above, and she promised a significant refund.
As of today, no refund received.

The photos online are NOT even close the actual room. everything is old and beat up.

I asked for a ground floor room twice by calling ahead. they didn’t accommodate and I stood forever in the lobby while they sorted it out. The room was depressing. Also sketchy people about the place. I didn’t feel all that safe and this hotel is advertising as Cherry Creek. cherry creek is upscale.

The property didn’t allow me to check in. The individual on duty that night didn’t want to come check us in. Had us waiting outside in the cold for an hour trying to get things figured and was left with no where to sleep coming from out of town.

Omg!Made the reservation for 3 adults,the room was to have queen bed and pullout. we arrived,room 1 bed and a chair. I went to office to request a cot or another room.The staff member qas rude, blamed me -wrong reserv.He threatened to cancel.Unreasonable!
