There were blood stain in the bath tub mat inside the shower tub.

The close proximity to the venues we were attending. The staff was kind.

It was very dirty and smelled bad. There is mold and a strong, overpowering stench in the hallways,gym and elevator. Like a dead animal rotting in the wall. There are questionable guests who seem like residents that appear to be drug addicts? Super noisy

hot tub was broken, tv was not working, tub drain was broken, hot chocolate machine was broken. When we found out about the hot tub, we asked if we could be refunded before we checked in. The manager, was rude and declined our request.

Loved the location was pretty close to everything parking wasnt to bad the room had a decent layout and a nice hot tub

The water was cold in the shower door had 3 in gap on the bottom needed a towel to cover gap door was hard to shut

Your hotel is so unsafe your own front desk worker stated she would never have her own children there and yet you guys refuse to refund my money when I never even checked in because of the safety concerns!? Do not book this hotel you will regret it!!

The elevator was across from my door, I was recovering from surgery's. Unfortunately, the elevator stopped working. I was on the 3rd floor. My recovery was jeopardized, I was in tremendous pain being forced to use the stairs.
