Stained bedding. hair, stains, and debris all over the bathroom, all surfaces, and furniture.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We had absolutely no hot water and when we approached the staff (both in the first evening and the next morning) we were met with indifference and then hostility. I left before my second night.

The 1st room I was given was already occupied. I was asked to wait while the rep got security and went to the room to investigate. I was given another room which took me 3 trips to the front desk to get a key that worked. Very sketchy area and people

The front office guy, I apologize I didn't get his name, was very friendly and tried to help. The second room we got moved to wasn't too bad. Definitely cleaner and had a better bed.

Elevators were scary. The first room we were in had water under the tub, yes under. Bad smell that got worse, and mold. We changed rooms because of this. They are short staffed and I understand some things can't be done in a day, but it wasn't good.

Gross. Worst place I've ever stayed. Lock on door was broken. Smelled like smoke. Place was loud all night. Lamp looked like it had blood all over it.

Room 318 had previously guest belongings on bed and messy. Second room 218 keys wasn't open. Third room shower curtain had mold. Elevator floor ripped. Guess smoking and cigarettes butts near external elevator had strong smoke. Call no answer same day.

The rooms were dirty. The linens were dirty. I had a 5 day reservation, checked out after the first night and found other accomdations.

This is not like any other La Quint.. this was really a major disappointment and. Felt like there was pop.and hang. Activity taking place all over the property.. poorly lit?

Typical hotel room. Good location, easy access to nearby locations. The room and beds were clean.

Very small shower/toilet room. Shower needed a better cleaning job. Black stains (mold??) in some of the grout lines
