Between Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Denver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Denver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The rooms were spacious and clean.

Negatives: The front lobby had some sort of scent (essential oils or similar) diffusing through the area. It was strong and overwhelming. Myself and the lady checking in before me had an allergic reaction to whatever it was. The beds were lumping and had a divot in the center. Not comfortable.

Positives: Didn’t see that there was breakfast.

Negatives: The staff were super bored and bothered by needing to answer questions. Also gave me grief about using a work credit card that didn’t my name on it but was used to pay for the reservation to begin with.
