The was room dirty sheets are stained. We found an old used bandaid in them,and the television did not work. The staff was rude. Did not appreciate it at all.

Breakfast offered was a bowl of cereal, half gallon of milk, and a jug of apple juice. They are too cheap to even make coffee. The shower head was at shoulder level. Walls very thin, had to run fan for noise suppression. Watching for deposit return!

Nothing. I felt uncomfortable staying but had no chose. I did call your help line and they called the front desk at the hotel but no one answered so she asked me to call back in an hour, which I didnt do because needed to return my rental.
Negatives:
The front staff was not pleasant. He stated there was no breakfast, no pool or hot tub, no shuttle to the airport. In the morning I had to walk 1/2 mile to the airport. There were few guest and the place felt scary.

Room was dirty. Bugs in tub. A towel that was used by previous guest was haning on back of bathroom door. An open can of pop was left behind in the refrigerator.

The owner was rude. The property felt unsafe. Very few cars in an unlit lot. We asked for a bottom floor due to no elevator. They said no. I asked for handicapped room. No because they were remodeling. The whole thing felt unsafe. We left

The location is good. Close access to I70 and facilities.

This IS NOT a 3-star motel. And the bathroom wasnt clean, there was a used wash cloth in the shower. But the worst part was the customer service. I could not locate the motel, they had a different name on their sign. They hung up on me each time I called
