The location and quiet.
Negatives:
The cost of the room included an $11 parking fee which was not communicated until receiving the receipt. Also the marketing of a "buffet" breakfast was misleading. It is a standard continental breakfast.

An excellent example of its type, this place has superb staff - especially the evening desk clerk with slightly larrming eyelashes but a terrific attitude.
Negatives:
The parking charge is unwelcome and easily avoided parking on street in a safe city. Overall cost is very fair value.
