Positives: Nothing

Negatives: The front desk staff was horrible, rude. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the lights didn’t work, the bed mattress was so bad you could feel the springs, and there were lots of strange people staying there. People who appeared to be on drugs and talking to themselves. When I asked the front desk to have someone help with the toilet she said she was really busy.

Positives: We liked that the property was easy to find and was right on the road that we would be taking the next morning. There was a restaurant on the property which was great and we enjoyed a nice meal there. Everyone at the motel and the restaurant were very nice.

Negatives: I guess we just happened to arrive at a bad time. The coffee maker in our room did not work and the motel's ice maker did not work either. Both would have made our stay 100% better had both been in working order. I don't know if the motel was totally booked or not, but if not, it would have been nice if they would have at least hunted us up another coffee maker.

Positives: Location was good, but very limited food options if you did not want to eat Mexican food on premises

Negatives: NO breakfast, did not get an ice bucket when requested and ice machine was down on main floor. AIR Conditioner was extremely loud and no way to figure out how to deal with it. Don't know why I needed my room checked prior to my departure, that concerns me that they have issues with people who stay there and either trash a room or steal things.

Positives: Price was half of other much nicer accommodations in GJ/Fruita area. Air conditioning unit kept temperature down & white noise of fan drowned out traffic noise.

Negatives: Cigarette butts++ on ground & people smoking (including marijuana) outside of our room. I thought I booked a room with a fridge & microwave but neither in this room

Positives: It was the least expensive and most available on the date we choose to be in town. (It was sold out - so many find it desirable.

Negatives: Location is a little on the 'industrial side.' Lots of truckers -- yet, the motel room was quiet! Had to call office to get enough towels, etc. A bother that they took care of just fine.
