Negatives: Smell of yhe room, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, staff

Negatives: Dirty rooms, broken toilet seat, chipped paint, small holes in wall, old and dirt stained bathtub. Smelly, dirty hallways, loud people, no coffee in front lobby, dirty coffee maker in room, online pictures looked good but did not match what we got. And so much more.

Negatives: Blood stains on pillows, sheets, curtains!

Negatives: The room was awful!

Negatives: Air conditioner in our room wouldn’t cool sufficiently. By morning it was humid, sticky and warm in our room! (117)

Negatives: I didn't feel my vehicle was safe especially my room pointing away from the parking lot

Negatives: We stayed for two nights. There was only one waffle machine for breakfast, no coffee, no juice, no milk, no muffins. The wifi didn't work, the floor of the room was sticky, the bathroom door was rubbing against the floor, there were cigarette holes on the blankets and when we talked to the owners about all these problems, they didn't care. No excuses, nothing.

Negatives: The other patrons above my room partied all night and I was unable to sleep at all the night before my daughters wedding. It was terrible. The a/c did not work. The room was not clean. Wrong size beds in 2 rooms. I paid for 2 rooms with a king size bed and got rooms with 2 queen size.

Negatives: There are many reasons that I would never recommend this hotel to anyone or ever stay there again. The hallway and room had a strong stench, the towels were all yellowish-not white so didn't look clean, what we think was a bath mat was very small (hand towel was larger) and looked very dirty, bathroom had a musty smell, bathroom fan was dangling from the ceiling, a wall light fixture was coming off the wall, we could not get the TV to work, we were not offered a WIFI code, the breakfast was a joke!!, there were a few apples,coffee, a waffle maker, and milk sitting on the counter(not on ice),both bed spreads looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time, the staff was not very friendly (were not rude just not friendly), at check-out they tried to charge me a second time for the pet charge, I paid the pet fee at check-in and paid it in cash. When I asked for a receipt; I was told I would be given a receipt at check-out, but because I paid the pet fee in cash I wanted the receipt for proof. The only positive is that I can give this property is that it is a pet friendly location. This is one of the reasons I chose this location, the other reasons were that it was on booking.com and that it is a Wyndham property. I feel like I have been let down by Wyndham and Booking.com.
