Key cards never worked, walls are stained, hot and cold water were opposite and dirty shower filled with someone's shaving hairs. Front desk clerk was rude.

The location and the staff were excellent.

There was a lot of noice and outside traffic. We ended up leaving at 10:30 pm and going to stay with friends.

My room was fairly close to the lobby and ice/vending machines. The bed was very comfortable. The walk-in shower with grab rails and bath chair was exactly what I needed to feel safe in the shower. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
The refrigerator in the room was not turned on. I turned it on but it didnt come on. I thought it wasnt working. When I was packing up to leave I heard it running. I have no idea when it came on. It would be helpful if the staff would either leave them running or if they have a reservation for a room, they could turn it on ahead of the guests arrival.
I had a little trouble finding the hotel, but that was my problem.

It was perfect for my needs and I will be staying again.

All in all was pretty quiet. Pillows were comfy
Negatives:
Staff wasn't very friendly or accommodating. Our fridge didn't work and when staff was told they said they would tell the maintenance person and nobody ever came. Could not take a bath because stopper in the tub didn't work. There was blood stains on one of the pillow cases. Was kind of worried there was not an emergency exit map. Hair dryer kind of popped and crackled when used.
