Positives:
The breakfast staff were outstanding. They did what they were paid to do and did it with a smile.
I also loved the location. I was visiting a family member who was in the Highlands Ranch Hospital and this hotel was only a few minutes away.
They also allow dogs, which I require.
Negatives:
The facility is seriously outdated and not all that clean. Needs some updating for sure.

Great layout to a single bedroom hotel room. Appreciated the basic utensil and cleaning set to allow residents to survive with minimum material.
Negatives:
The hallway and room smelled like marijuana. While legal in the state of Colorado and beyond the fact that it was, purportedly, against hotel policy, it is not something that should be forced on those who do not want it. On three separate occasions, we asked for the hotel to spray the hallway or remove the smell, at one point asking to be given a different room. We were denied a new room and at no time did the hotel staff make any effort to remove the smell. Ended up buying deodorizer and baking soda which did not completely remove the smell but took away enough to make the room habitable.

Poor housekeeping. Dirty towels and bedding in the hallways. The manager was informed and said oh well. They had a dont care attitude. Do not ever stay here. I know I wont.
