The elevator button closer to the front door on the first floor was a little hard to push to turn to red, indicating that it acknowledge the call. No Hilton Honors points because of booking through booking.com. Early morning during the first half of breakfast serving ,all the eggs had pork in them. No cut fruit was available. At least, the second time we stayed, hard boiled eggs were on the buffet.

The food was horrible. The bar wasn’t open when they said it was going to be the room didn’t even accommodate our family of five. It was a very small room with two full-size beds, which resulted in our son sleeping on the floor, which visibly appeared dirty when I brought it to the management attention they did nothing to help with the problem, and offered us a thin sheet and said that the only betting that they had because they were completely booked out and sold out for the weekend

The suite was large and welcoming. We were surprised Yelp only gave it 2 stars. Upon speaking to the employees, they get a 2 star rating because they don't have a shuttle bus. It is definitely a 4 star hotel

Specifically requested a room on the top floor, AWAY from the elevator, but instead got the room CLOSEST TO THE ELEVATOR on the 2nd floor, the mattress sucked (extremely hard), bathroom floor was sticky, i can pee harder than the water pressure in the shower, and it sounded like the fan in the bathroom was running, but there was no way to shut it off or stop the sound of it running.
