The Indian lady was rude. She would not refund me a pet fee even though the pet did not come after all. She made us feel uncomfortable because she thought we had extra people in the room and the dog I said we never ended up taking. She then charged 3 different charges and I don’t know what they were for. Stay somewhere else. It was dirty too

Our suite was extremely clean. We had a couple last minute requests which were dealt with immediately, and with kindness. The breakfast offered was very good and the kitchen staff kept the breakfast area immaculate. The entire staff was cheerful and accommodating. I plan on staying here each time I travel to this area.

I requested a price from the general manager about checking out a day before. She was very rude seemed racist to me and others. She told the rep $180 when she told me she didn't know until I fiscally check out (1) . Then she said it was a promotion.(2). Then it was I had 6 adults which it was not. How many lies just to charge me $163 and the room goes for $183 not much of a difference
