Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Absolutely nothing. This place is false advertising. The property shown isn’t the same as the property you stay at. It’s a run down dump.

What was to like? Calling this place a dump is too nice. The desk clerk was rude and tried double charging me after I prepaid for my stay. The room was DISGUSTING!!! Dead bugs, hair, dirty walls, dirty microwave and stove, food left in the fridge, stains on the chairs. This place is not the same as the pictures shown.

Didn't like anything about the stay. Couldn't breath for the urine odor in the room.

Walked in the door and the carpet was stained with dog urine and the room stunk so bad, I got up at 2:00 AM and left.Hair on the sheets and what appeared to be drug deals taking place in the parking lot outside the room before nightfall. Pulled out a desk chair to sit down and both chairs were caked with dried food and mysterious substances and was nasty. Also, people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Would have asked for another room, but had to leave to be at Red Rocks and didn't have time.

I liked the professionalism Teresa at the front desk provided to my husband and I at the beginning and end of our stay.
Negatives:
The bleach soaked sheets, the arguing and profanity of others around our location, and the very unprofessional interaction with the assistant general manager named Billy Cox. Oh, and being charged a third time for this horrific experience.

We could not stay here because of the condition of the room. It was extremely dirty, there was no hot water, there were bugs in the room, and to cover up the smell of the room (rather than actually cleaning it) something was sprayed that sent me into a massive asthma and allergic reaction. We were told we would get a full refund by the manager of the hotel because of the condition of the room, but we still haven’t gotten any refund even though we checked out the same day we checked in because the unacceptable conditions made it impossible for us to stay.
