La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Southwest Lakewood

Negatives: They wouldn't accept my card after saying they only take certain ones which mine was one they accept just not that bank. We were charged an extra 100 for a deposit and was not formed at all during the booking and did not know until we got to property to check in so had to pay more than expected. The front desk workers spent more time on their phones then helping customers and when we were unhappy about the extra charge the front desk worker smiled at us. The elevator sounds like it is on its last leg. Our room was okay. We there was a gap in the top of the door with the frame so we were able to hear things in the hallway better then we should have. There was a curtain that was torn to shreds in our room.

Negatives: Breakfast could've been better with more items available.

Negatives: The room didn't smell good at all the hall way smelled like cigarette smoke lamps didn't even turn on broken glass in small fridge

Negatives: Dirty bathroom floors and tub. Run down.

Negatives: My sheets had stains on them. I asked for new ones and was provided them but told they had no spare pillow cases left. The house keeping has been cancelled indefinitely, there are signs in the elevators stating this. and it shows. There was stains in my toilet. Pubic hair all over the shower/bathroom floor. I felt quite dirty being In the room. The walls are also very thin, I could hear the man in the room next to me breathing while he was sleeping..... It says no smoking however it was very obvious that people were smoking in multiple rooms as you could smell it. I walked into reception one morning and there was a man laying on the floor, I thought he was dead. People were just acting normal around him, not paying attention, drinking their coffees/eating breakfast.. I think he must have been on drugs but it was very strange.... I would not stay here again.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Hotel ran out towels so we used the same towels 3 days. Breakfast was horrible. Hallways were noisy. Overall I will not stay there again. .

Negatives: The room was disgusting and clearly not cleaned well. We found a dirty sock under the bed, multiple large stains on pillows/sheets, and dirty footsteps stained into the rug. There was also a large puddle of what I assume was cleaner in front of the bathroom, but the cleaner itself smelled awful and our room stank. Also the hallway smelled like pee.

Negatives: Everything. So disappointed and biohazard in the room. Please do not consider staying here. Front desk didn't even try to remedy the situation.

Negatives: NOT NOT NOT clean missing blankets for sofa bed

Negatives: The breakfast was quite disapointing, with very little variation and I didn’t like that the plates, cups and cutlery all were throw aways. The beds were small and uncomfortable.
