The building is dirty and Disgusting. The back door didn’t lock because the door Frame was missing. Someone must have kicked it in. The elevator walls were dirty. They were out of most of the food by 7:30 am.
The only thing that kept me there was the room was clean and I was tired.
The staff was very nice but I would say this place is on its last leg.

They charged me a $100 deposit AND a pre-authorization that wasn't disclosed in the reservation policies. So, instead of charging me $200, they charged my card $400. No where in my reservation or the property policies was this indicated. It was an emergency trip, and I was not in a financial position to have all my of my money in a "pending" status. The young man at the front desk was rude and told me I could go stay somewhere else. He also told me that they don't list the deposit or the pre-authorization on Booking.com because they don't want to "scare people away." He also told me that the billionaires that own the company don't care. I would have appreciated knowing that they'd be charging my card twice as much as expected. I didn't appreciate being treated like I was stupid. The highway noise was bad. The windows are very thin and do nothing to keep out the noise.
