The hotel was an easy, convenient, and cheap location close to the mountains, which is what we wanted to do for the weekend. It was great they accepted dogs.
Negatives:
The walls were pretty thin. I think there was a large dog on the top floor of the hotel (4th floor), which kept jumping on and off the bed all night. I don't mind dogs, but it would be so nice if they would put them on lower levels if possible to keep these types of issues to a minimum.

We were in Colorado for a concert which was canceled due to wind and hotel employees were no help in refunding the 2nd night (I only stayed the 1 night due to the concert being canceled, and we left on time) but were still charged for the 2nd night

Brand new hotel with most of the modern facilities. It also has a snack bar, to make up for it being so far from a convenience store.
Negatives:
It still has old-fashioned central wifi, instead of individual private networks for each room like most 2020s hotels I've been in have. Apart from the privacy concern, it means guests can't cast to the TV from their phones.
