Positives:
This is a great place for a long stay. We only stayed 4 nights, but it had everything you would need for a long term stay. They are renovating the suites and modernizing the hotel. The suites are great! They have a small kitchen area with some dishes, etc. for cooking. It has a nice sitting area with couch and TV. The bedroom has a dresser and a very comfy bed. The bathroom has a separate vanity with a large closet. The breakfast had great choices, but the coffee was really bad. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again when we are in the Denver area.
Negatives:
It was hard to find a parking spot later in the evening. Some of the spaces were being used for equipment and storage needed for the renovation of the hotel. They were having trouble with some of the Comcast TV channels and we weren't able to get any of the local stations.

The room was nice, staff was friendly but the only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't told about the parking fee until I checked out. That's not good business practice.

The breakfast was something you get from a gas station .No one clean the room or picked up the trash. The AC was broke so we moved to a smaller room. I had to ask several times if someone was coming to fix the AC in the first bb we stayed in. I feel like we should get a discount

My room (Studio Queen Suite) was extremely clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable, couch for sitting with small coffee table,as well.
Equipped kitchenette with full size frig and table w 2 chairs.
ALL front staff personnel were VERY friendly and helpful.
Oh yea, and full size washers and dryers available (near gym) to use w/o charge!
Negatives:
No real downside, except interior renovations in the lobby and some rooms were still going on (end of July 2023).
But several options for a quick grab and go breakfastuntil their new kitchen is ready.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay with great staff, would very much enjoy staying again when I travel this way.
