Clean, kind staff, good coffee. Good location. Comfortable beds. Very accommodating cleaning staff. Maintenance guy was very professional and knowledgeable.

Sleeping room for four. Cutlery for 2.
Very cheap cooking utensils, maybe so nobody would swipe them? No scrubber to scour the pans. No wine bottle opener. Pantry is mostly empty.
Room cards kept deactivating, though the staff worked well under pressure, and it wasnt a long wait for the manager to come reset everything.

It computer system was down and they couldnt check us in. Waited about 75 minutes for them to figure it out. There were about 30 guests waiting in the lobby with us. Finally gave up and went to another hotel. Candle wood Suites wouldnt cancel our reservation and charged us for the stay.
