Positives:
Comfortable beds and super quiet! Stayed over an entire weekend. Unfortunately our sink’s pipe leaked all over the bathroom when I used hot water the day we left but I suppose things happen! Loved the kitchen. No ovens FYI. Great convenience shop and staff. They also have a share cupboard with many other kitchen appliances and cook ware as well as books and kids games. Lobby felt super crampt but great value and very comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
Asked for a general room location so long as we got the type I reserved- a suite. Got the keys and all the stuff up and realized that the door to the next room is non existent and there’s two double beds and I had my Therapy Dog. I was too exhausted as a disabled single parent to change rooms nor did I ask. I didn’t wanna get double charged but feel ripped off as I clearly stated please make sure it’s a suite a few times. Overall still a good value but check the room out if you booked a suite, before you haul your luggage.

Positives:
Staff is great, rooms are comfortable and stocked with basic amenities. Great location.
Also free use of laundry facilities just bring your own detergent.
Negatives:
The side door entrance was constantly being wedged open and left unattended and no visible outdoor cameras. The con side of the free laundry is that there are slobs anywhere you go, it’s understandable the staff can’t police the area on a consistent basis so maybe larger colored waste receptacles with slight nudging signs not to be a slob

Positives:
Clean, kind staff, good coffee. Good location. Comfortable beds. Very accommodating cleaning staff. Maintenance guy was very professional and knowledgeable.
Negatives:
Sleeping room for four. Cutlery for 2.
Very cheap cooking utensils, maybe so nobody would swipe them? No scrubber to scour the pans. No wine bottle opener. Pantry is mostly empty.
Room cards kept deactivating, though the staff worked well under pressure, and it wasn’t a long wait for the manager to come reset everything.

There was very little room service, I had to go to the front desk for TP & towels several times, my room was only serviced 1 time over 10 days. no breakfast offered.
