We were overbooked and there was mis-communication between staff. First a woman came into the room without knocking to check the room. Then on the day we were leaving, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:50am and asked when check out was (11am).

Booking dot com had messed up my reservation, they had transposed my first / last name so upon checkin there was no reservation showing for me. However the Gentleman at the desk was very patient and helpful. We were able to get things sorted out through booking and he gave me a free parking pass for the two days for my trouble. Breakfast was not that great, very small selection. The rooms however were one of the best I have stayed in.

The location was good. Front desk was friendly. Gym was clean.

The bed was like a rock. Extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was minimal - no meat options and eggs were awful. We were out of tissues and asked the person cleaning room on the floor for a box and was told no, only if we asked for it from the front desk.
