I left before breakfast was served

After I got to my room, I got undressed and laid down, about 5 min later, someone tried to open my door. The only thing that stopped them was the extra lock barring the door from opening completely.
I tried to call the desk, the landline in the room did not work, I called from my cell phone. The person at the desk said it was his fault, he didn’t realize that the room had been assigned to me and gave someone else a key to the room.
All the desk said was oops - sorry
