Coffee and hot tea availability throughout the day. Helpful and friendly (and compassionate for my situation) front desk staff. Liked the workout room although I didn't use it. Easy access to Rt. 36. Ample.parking. Nice breakfast room.
Negatives:
Entry door on the side was difficult to open. I didn't like the double doors to the bathroom or the rubberized shower curtain hooks. Breakfast eggs too dry and stuck to serving pan. Hot water for instant oatmeal across the room by coffee service.

We had a malfunctioning TV and a toilet seat in need of repair. I noted in on day 1, and it was verified to be corrected by maintenance on day 2. However when we returned to our room on day 2, nothing had been done!!! We had to switch our room. And the second room had mysterious stains on the back of the door which were gross.

Breakfast included. Great parking. Polite staff. Clean room. The price point is the seller. I was really happy with my stay here
Negatives:
Mostly superficial complaints. Ran out of eggs one morning. No hot tub. Pool wasn't open yet, May 1-4 (I get it). Couldn't cast to TV even though the option was there, it wouldn't work for me. I'd like to see a greener/more sustainable approach to the disposable plates, cutlery, cups and soaps used.

The place was great and the staff was really friendly.

Call me paranoid but the doors have noticeable gaps which allow you to peek into the room, I covered my door with a towel to prevent that. Also since the floor lights are always on, there was always light entering the room through these gaps.
