I booked this hotel through Booking.com for 3 people and when we got to the hotel there was only one bed and my husband had to sleep on the floor. Neither establishment has wanted to take responsibility for this situation and have completely ignored our complaints. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I don’t consider myself an overly picky person. This is my first negative Hotel review and I’ve been booking hotels for 30 some odd years. I will never frequent either of these businesses again.

The location in proximity to the Budweiser Event Center. We were able to walk to and from the concert we were there to attend. A lot of restaurants were nearby.
