Really good!was a man who was very respectful and upbeat.
Negatives:
There was a lady at desk also, she was kind of rude! The gentleman taking care of kitchen was not very good. He didn’t refill, guest constantly had to ask for food to be filled. He placed cold omelettes in warmer. coffee full of grinds. The rest of stay was very nice. clean!

Breakfast was sufficient. Nothing special. Ran out of some items.
Negatives:
The hotel itself is looking a bit run down. Carpets on the second floor were worn with lots of stains, bathtub/shower in room worn, towels very worn. Doesn't cost much to refresh the linens. Overall, it was fine for our stay but don't think in the future we will be returning. This was our second time at this Hampton Inn in Parker, CO and it has definitely declined.
