Positives: They wouldn't let me check in because my wife didn't have an id. She wasn't the primary reservation holder I was. Her wallet was stolen just days before with her ID in it. They pushed us out into 20 degree weather with 2 small children after a 10 hour drive. Booking. Com did nothing to help either. I used hotels.com instead and got a better room at a better rate by better company and they only required the primary room holders id. I will never stay at a Wyndham or use booking.com again. Ok in editing this review and it is now April 29th and I have yet to receive my money. Just more reason not to deal with booking.com or the thieves at the Wyndham

Negatives: Staff was to busy talking when we tried to check in, we where about 1/2 early for check in and they did nothing to accommodate us. We decide to go down the street and they went out of their way to help us and get us in. Then find out we still got charged!!!

Positives: It was clean .. and the staff was great ..

Negatives: I was coming from out of town to visit with my best friend that lives in Pueblo and she wasn't allowed to visit me in my room being she lived in Pueblo.. didn't like .. but I worked around it and for this reason I would not by choice stay here again..

Negatives: The room smelled like sewer backup, there were a couple of homeless people wandering around the perimeter which did not make us feel safe. Overall it was totally unacceptable and we will not be returning.

Positives: The facility was as I expected. The employee(Dana) in the breakfast room was outstanding.

Negatives: I had a reservation for a queen handicap accessible room with late arrival. told they had. Up on arrival was told not available due to overbooking. Would not have expected room to be unavailable after saying I would arrive at about 10 PM. I arrived at about 8 PM.
