Dirty sheets, found bug in bed, water in sink would not shut off so there was a slow leak all night, the room smelled like urine, found an empty food wrapper from previous people on the floor.

Staff on 5/2 was completey horrible , she refused to help us with an emergency. Wouldn't even walk to the dumpster outside to let us know if the trash has been picked up. Refused to give me the trash company name so I could find ANYONE helpful. I asked for disability access room and was not given one. Air in the room doesn't work. Very disappointing week long stay.
