I like that the staff was very bubbly friendly and very welcoming to their guests they do all hold very good customer service there's just other parts of the hotel that needs to really be worked on

There was bed bugs in my bed and this is called the three star hotel I need my refund I paid $346 for four nights in a room where there was bed bugs no this is unacceptable I will not stay there I need my refund that's the only way to handle this our house I will pursue with the lawyer
