It was clean. The bed was comfortable. They was a nice table and chairs to sit at and eat. The location was good.

You have to pay extra for a/c. And the TV in one of the didn't work quite right.

there was no air conditioning for our room and the bed was very uncomfortable. and there were no screens on the windows so we could not open them to get air in room

This motel fit the bill for a quick trip to Wolf Creek. Reasonable price and in South Fork. The room was nicer inside than other motels in the area.
Negatives:
My only complaint was there is little soundproofing. I was on the first floor and could hear those upstairs moving around quite loudly. It wasn't clear if they are actually being loud or if it was a function of the building.
