A little nit picky however would have been nice to be able to sit on the balcony. There was only enough room to walk out and stand.
Ice machines on the floors...the staff came right up when we called however we needed to call 3 times a day to keep our cooler cold, one bucket doesn't go very far. along those lines a freezer in the mini fridge. All minor issues!

the hotel was accommodating beyond accommodating with everything, early check in, valet and above and beyond the call of duty for everything; the breakfast was free and phenomenal and a lovely restaurant to eat with a view and food excellent, eggs, rice, coffee, bacon, fruit.

Positives:
Location is perfect as it is a short walk to the free gondola to town or up the mountain. Our studio had a fireplace, a washer and dryer, a balcony with chairs, a cooktop and small refrigerator, two tall bottles of water, and a steam shower and tub. The buffet breakfast had eggs and potatoes, coffee, fresh fruit, and one morning there was biscuits and gravy as well, toast. We especially like the warm cookies offered in the afternoon!
Negatives:
Valet parking is expensive, $25/night, and the bed in our studio was not large.

The Inn is very cozy and has a limited number of rooms. Location is absolutely perfect as it is in the middle of Mountain Village right near the restaurants and the Gondola to Telluride and Market Village. Breakfast buffet is really good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, and the hot dish of the day (Burrito, pancakes, french toast, etc.). They also have fresh fruits, yogurt and all the toppings plus plenty of cereal and bread options.

We booked a private hot tub hour with the front desk (nothing private about it); we had to call to have the cover open and then two different families showed up saying it was their time; we went to the front desk and it was never explained clearly so we said to just forget it (one family was very rude and wouldn’t leave when we asked for privacy to get out of the hot tub). We were assured we we’re correct but it makes me think they need to tighten up their procedure for scheduling.
