They’re currently under construction but once that’s finished I’m sure it will be excellent. The only reason I am mentioning it is because the elevator wasn’t working when we checked out so we had to use the stairs which were full of building materials.

The staff was really nice and helpful! My room was clean and the facility was relatively quiet. Breakfast was alright but had enough selections just too many sweets. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

They had recently opened the floor from renovation. They opened it too soon. It still appeared under construction. The carpet glue smell was so strong we had to sleep with the window open and the fan blowing all night and it still exacerbated my asthma. There were no towel racks, and the refrigerator was just sitting on the floor away from the kitchenette. The new tile in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned up. It shouldn’t have been rented out yet. It wasn’t ready. When I complained, I received a simple “I’m sorry” and “I’ll tell the manager.” I would strongly not recommend this place for some time—until the renovation is done.

They were doing construction from 8-8. The banging, all the smells from the equipment and material was bad, My mom and I both had to go to urgent care early in the week so 2 days we had to stay in the room all day. I feel like we should had been notified that during that time frame there would be construction. We should had an option.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and had paper/tape all over the floor. Our (newly renovated) room was half-finished, missing lights and smelled like paint. We had to get new room keys TWICE, because they stopped working during our one-night stay. We asked for more towels and pillows, but they never brought them. We requested an hour late check-out, front desk lady said she would check with her manager and call us. We never got a phone call. The towels in the swimming pool area are the size of a hand towel and the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. I wish it would have been advertised that the hotel was a construction zone! Not at all relaxing! Over-all, it was terrible service and sub-par facilities. The only good thing was the breakfast.
