Positives: Location is the best in Lionshead, assuming you stay at the Arrabelle and not a sister property.

Negatives: I reserved a pet friendly 2bdrm/2bath condo at the Arrabelle. They put us in a condo that was off property and faced I-70. After our first night, the front desk called and told us that the dog we registered at the front desk was not allowed at the condo and they had to move us.

Positives: The hotel was beautiful. The service was exceptional. The food was great. It was a little pricey for the summer but everything was A+. The location of the hotel was beautiful. A picturesque setting.

Negatives: The only negative thing i would say is the pool area was very limited in seating. We had no place to sit. People did not clear there trash or towels when they left and things sat there the entie time we spent there. Also the bottom of the hot tubs was all rusty and it did not meet the standards of the rest of the hotel.
