quality of the food has gone down hill, Black Mold in the bottom of the pool, way too much chlorine dumped in pool. . .maybe trying to kill the black mold. . .they should change the water more often . . .had to report that to the local health dept. . .

Booked the room since the hotel has a pool and spa, I asked about it to double check up on checking in. I wasn't informed the spa was out of order, and that was the selling point for us to book a room there.

We had to ask 3 times to have housekeeping come to our room but they never came. It was also hard at times to get ahold of someone at the front desk.
