Staff was friendly and helpful. They took care of issues fast and made a great effort to make us feel comfortable.
Negatives:
The faculties are new to the owner, and we can see they are working hard to make the place everything it should be. That being said, there were some issues that we brought to their attention. They made every effort to correct everything and made us feel more comfortable.
UPDATE: We were promised that our room would be comped one night and so far, getting the fee for the one night being comped is not successful. There seems to be a miscommunication somewhere, when we went through booking.com to get this resolved the response from the hotel did not match the issue we had. I am disappointed that what was told to us by Nora is not being honored. I still think this could still be a good place to stay, but when you give your word that something will be done, and it isn't it just lowers my opinion of staying at this location again. I hope this is resolved soon, I will give an update on if it is or not.
