No water or juice at free breakfast.The water in the lobby entrance wasnt refreshed all weekend. Bug in it.TV didnt work. Called but maintenance didnt come. Key card deactivated 2-3 times during our weekend stay do to the reader.

The floor was not swept. Carpet not vacuumed. Had to go to the desk for help with the WiFi and they gave me a 800 number to do it myself. Had to call at 0230 because people were partying outside my door. The attendant seemed annoyed at me for calling.

Summary: AWFUL! switched rooms someone tried to break in, no microwave, no shower ventilation, mold. given late checkout, cleaners told us no late checks yelling in Spanish, policia? Kicked us out and charged us 250.00 for smoking, none of us smoke? BAD!

Hard to fit the entire experience in the allotted space given but Ill finish by saying cleaning staff said no late checkout, threatened us in Spanish. and when I called to dispute the 250 for smoking. They kept hanging up. It was never resolved. SCAMMED!

Was not treated like a human being, lady at the front must not like her job, waiting a long time to check in, for the 3 days I was there they NEVER came to give us clean towels and never cleaned the room when they say it was mandatory to do so
