We had to leave a day earlier because of Snow storm and they refused to refund us as did u. The beds had Hair on them the toilet lid was super loose, the TV had a horrible picture, the Beds were uncomfortable.

Actually breakfast was better than most Motels. Location is pretty good. Having 2 beds and couch worked out well.

Beds are too firm. Room layout for bathroom sink is odd.

Location is great, hot breakfast every morning, housekeeper in charge of setting up and preparing everything for breakfast does a great job and stays very busy.

Rooms are outdated carpets are filthy with stains, dirt, ect.. Pool was over treated with chlorine so bad my 6 year old could not breathe and began to cry saying her throat was burning and Bleached color out of our swimsuits. Over charged my card, twice.
Positives:
The suites here are very comfortable. The room is divided into three sections -- kitchen (sink, microwave, refrigerator), a sitting area (couch, table, office chair and foot stool) and bedroom (king sized bed with end tables). Breakfasts are exceptional (eggs, meat, breakfast sandwich or omelet, cereal, pastries, waffles, fruit, ...), and they vary the menu from day to day. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. The inn backs up to a walking/bicycling trail, which is very nice. Everything was clean, inside and out. The mountain-view rooms are great when there's a nice sunset.
Negatives:
The tv is on the wall at the doorway between the bedroom and the sitting room. You can watch sitting up in bed, or seated in the office chair in the sitting room. I think the end of the couch would seem too far away. A second office chair would allow two people to sit and watch in comfort, rather than one having to sit on the bed or the foot stool. There is a $12/night parking fee added onto the room rate, which surprised me. It's just a parking lot, not a garage or anything.

Decent breakfast, clean, fridge + microwave in room, good desk for working, and god couch for sitting/resting. Mattress was fine for a side sleeper. Pillows were very nice.

The breakfast could always be a bit better in food quality, although for the price of the stay it was fine.

One washcloth for our two person king suite! Had to go to front desk and ask for washcloths everyday!
Body wash dispenser was empty in shower. Air conditioning was poor. Set at lowest temp of 68 kept room at 75.
Four day stay, room was never vacuumed! Indoor pool was never open! There was NO ice in hotel! Every ice machine on every floor was out of order!
We reserved four rooms through Booking.com for our families. Every room was disappointing! One room had a water leak which resulted in wet carpet.

Our credit card was over charged twice, we had a fraud hold on our card for 5 days, the hotel ran out of breakfast multiple days, we had issues with the ac unit and tv in our room, the hotel smelled and was dirty and the staff was rude and awful.
