The woman at the desk was very rude and seemed to be stupid about the business of people. She lied about the phone in the room I stayed in stating she had turned it off while on lunch but the phone was dead completely off both days I was there plus the second night there I had to get the security unit over due to the horrible noise at 2 something am. Horrible
