Exceptional
Positives:
Pros: Super convenient to the ski resort with the shuttle picking up and dropping off right outside of the front of the hotel. Free hot drinks in the lobby. Microwave and small fridge in the room.
Great view of the resort area on the west side of the hotel. We were able to drop all of our luggage and items off early in the morning so we didn’t have to carry everything around with us all day.
Negatives:
Cons: The staff always seem inconvenienced when you ask a question or for help with a problem. The pool is freezing and has been every time we have stayed here. The hot tubs were so hot last time we stayed you couldn’t get in. This time they were freezing and no one seemed to care.
One of the lamps in our room wouldn’t turn on and every time I called the front desk for help no one answered the phone. The freezer in the small fridge is full of yellow frost. The bathroom has mold in the shower and no toilet paper holder. We were given a couple of towels and a bath mat that looked like a small hand towel. The toilet ran half the night and wouldn’t flush in the morning. I didn’t bother calling since no one would answer anyway. It finally flushed after I opened it and jiggled things around.
The beds must be at least 20 years old and had sheets and one flimsy blanket on it.

Positives:
Liked the location and the coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby. If some updates were made and better bedding provided; it would be a huge help.
Negatives:
Heater didn't seem to be working and we only had a sheet - no blanket. We wore sweats, hoodies and socks to sleep. The other bed had a blanket but it was very thin. Seemed a bit worn down, chairs had ripped fabric from them and didn't look the cleanest. The bathroom grout didn't look clean.

View of the mountains and location nice.
Negatives:
The hot tub had a green color to it, the furniture in room as damaged. Staying for a week it would have been nice to have cleaning service. Shuttle system was slow. No decaf coffee available
