Room was clean, large and quiet. Grounds and outside are lovely.

Facilities are not kept up. Shoddy and dirty. Maid came too late in the day to clean even though we asked maid to clean earlier.

The front desk clerk was too busy carrying on a personal conversation to check me in. I waited a bit to finally interrupt and say I was checking in and gave my name.

fourth time staying here - issues every time however reasonable price and location kept bringing us back - except this time will be our last time

Did not get the room we booked - told oversold and didn’t have any left ( 5 pm checking) - they didn’t say anything till after were in the room - when asked for a discount for the change was told no because booked room through 3rd party - also no toilet paper or coffee in room ( front desk doesn’t answer phone so has to go back down to desk - was told they didn’t have any since housekeeping had left for the day already. Other stays staff have a don’t care attitude , found front desk sleeping when they didn’t answer phone while looking for missing coffee and towels

We stayed for 6 days - our room was not cleaned on the standard 3rd day nor on the 4th day after a request. We therefore needed to request further towels from reception which was fine but would have expected room to be cleaned at least once during the stay.
