Positives:
Convenient location and it was clean and quiet.
Negatives:
The small refrigerator in the room did not work and all of the food that I had brought was lost. Told the front desk and all the woman said was that she was sorry.
Positives:
The new construction is nice. The setup of the hotel and the breakfast area are also very nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, which is important because they are the face of the hotel.
Negatives:
Parking lot drainage needs to be addressed. Almost drove through a huge puddle with my Honda Civic. Im so glad I saw it before I turned right into it.

Excellent staff courteous, and very helpful. Location was very good for our needs. Breakfast, coffee and teas and juices were good

The elevator was not working and we had to carry our luggage to our room. We werent warned about this beforehand, we couldnt get the television to work. The artificial eggs were terrible. I think they can do better

This hotel was undergoing construction and should not have been accepting guests during this constructionthe downstairs was a mess, the elevators filthy, the breakfast room unsatisfactory and the rooms not ready for occupancy.no place to hang clothes, no place to hang towels.

Disappointing especially for the money we were charged

I did not like the fact that I was not informed before booking that there was construction and that the building was getting renovations. I also did not enjoy the sheer fact that there was asphalt being mixed behind my room during my stay and I got nauseous and lightheaded from the fumes being pulled into my room. It also made the pool area unenjoyable. Some of the staff had this I dont care attitude or they were busy doing something else more important that I was bothering them when I had a question or concern.
